We realize that everybody's feet are different and it can be difficult sizing for skates online. That's why we provide sizing charts, measuring information and professional advise to help you get the right boot or blade. However, sometimes skates or boots may still not fit and blades may be the wrong size.
If you need to return or exchange your Jackson Ultima product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for an return authorization (RA) number. We will accept returns within 30 days of your order being delivered. We will not accept any returns or exchanges that do not have an RA number. No exceptions! Please make sure that the RA number is written clearly on the outside of the shipping package.
If you have purchased a skate, boot or blade and need to exchange it for a different size, we will be happy to exchange your Jackson Ultima product for you as long as the it meets the following criteria:
We will charge not charge a restocking fee on the first exchange, but 2nd or 3rd and subsequent exchanges will be subject to a 20% restocking fee per exchange. Shipping will be charged for all exchanges.
If you have purchased a skate, boot or blade and want to return it, we will be happy to accept your returned Jackson Ultima items as long as they meet the following criteria:
A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all items returned without exchange or you can be issued 100% merchandise value in store credit. No refunds will be given past 30 days from purchase. No exceptions!
Products returned with damaged manufacturer supplied boxes or damaged product will either be refused or charged a restocking fee up to 50% depending on the condition of the item and the circumstances of the return. Please note: Skate/Blade boxes that have been written on, are torn, ripped or have shipping labels or shipping tape attached to them will be considered damaged and a 50% restocking fee will be charged. Please ship your return products inside of some type of packaging that will protect the original skate/blade box.
If merchandise is returned damaged or used we will provide photos showing the damaged/used product and an explanation as to why we are charging that exact amount. We will give you the option to take the item back (buyer must pay shipping fees to retrieve the item) and we reserve the right to completely refuse the return if the item is returned in an unacceptable/unsellable condition.
THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY CUSTOM BOOTS, CUSTOM BLADES OR CLEARANCE JACKSON ULTIMA PRODUCT. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Most Jackson Ultima products are shipped via UPS in 4-5 business days within the United States. This time varies and can lengthen during holidays. Custom items can take 4-6 weeks for delivery.
For international shipping, please allow 12-14 business days for delivery.
If your items are delayed due to sell out, unforeseen circumstances or backorders, you will be notified via email as quickly as possible.
